School360 Parent App Privacy Policy & GDPR

The School360 Parent App has been built by and is managed by Seven360 LLP(www.seven360.co.uk).

This Policy explains when and why we collect information, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. We may change this Policy from time to time so please check this page occasionally to ensure that you are happy with any changes. By using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by this Policy. Who are we?

Seven360 (originally Shoofly Publishing) area small IT company based in the North East of England and have been mobile apps for over 10 years. We have a contract with Northumberland County Council to provide the School360 Parent App. The contact for Northumberland County Council is Richard Taylor katie.watson@northumberland.gov.uk.

Seven360 is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. All information and data by which you can be identified when using 'How I Learn' will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Subcontractors

We do not use subcontractors to provide any of the 'How I Learn' app.

How do we collect information from you?

Important Note: the connection between a student and a parent that enables parents to receive information regarding their children is made by the school. Seven360 has no responsibility for making or removing this connection.

You can input data and images (photos), these will be sent by the app to school360 as Observations to your child's teacher.

The data you enter is sent to school360 as an 'observation' to your child's teacher.

Who has access to your information?

Only teachers at your child's school can access this data.

16 or Under

We are concerned to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under please get your parent/guardian permission beforehand whenever you provide us with personal information.

Transferring your information outside of Europe

All data input by you is held in the UK

Advertising

The School360 Parent App has no advertising and is not used in any way to collect or provide advertising or marketing related data.
